What would you define of ‘classic’ cookware? It must be ones that have exceed most or all must-have features of good cookware---reliable quality, superior performance, easy to use and clean, and absolutely stunning. And that could say Emeril Pro Clad deserves it. You needn’t to be a real fan of Emeril Lagasse, the TV celebrity chef, but you’ll in love with this cook set easily. Everything you look for a fine cookware set is in the PRO-CLAD Tri-Ply. As durably construction by All-Clad that made of thick aluminum core bonded between two layers of stainless steel, Emeril’s Pro Clad is great in heat contribution, less food sticking. The pot is oven-safe up to 550°F; the handle is safe up to 350°F, though. What we love most is the user-friendly ergonomic design handles-secured grip without sharp angles, measuring marks inside the pans, glass lids and dishwasher safe —make it very easy to use. It’s practical for most stoves, includes gas, electric, ceramic, glass or induction stovetops. For more reviews, Emerilware by All-Clad acquired good rating from Consumer Reports for impressive cooking performance. Likewise, we’ve found that most owners are satisfied at its Tri-Ply feature. As the most Tri-Ply cookware are much more expensive than this set. Another big thing is it is under All-Clad production. The evenly heat is satisfied, too. Many reviewers love the shiny-modern look, which make it look cozier. WHAT WE DON’T LIKE
There are some complaints about the handle of the big pot which is too small and the lids are thinner and lighter than All Clad series. More, some reviewers claim on too small size in some pots. The Verdict
