Quality, efficiency, luxury design and reasonable price---if these feature in any cookware, it would entirely ensure that you’ll get no regret. And, this Anolon Ultra Clad is that finest one, testified by Consumer Reports.
What we like:
Our first impression is the European stylish design, but then we’ve found that this Anolon Ultra Clad surpasses our expectation. For multi layers of stainless steel insulates thick aluminum core, which are runs to each sides of pots and pans make excellent heat conductivity, as quality clad cookware should do. The Ultra Clad heats fast and consistently on most ranges, includes gas, radiant ring, ceramic, halogen, solid plate and induction burners. It’s oven-safe to 400 degree F, which slightly lower than some products but acceptable for most recipes.
The SureGrip is a most impressive feature. Made from stainless-steel wrapped by silicone rubber, they can resist to heat up to 500 degree F. These well-ergonomic handles are completely stay-cool, comfortable, chic and snugly fit to hold. The Ultra Clad is breezy for cleaning and dishwasher-safe. Also, we hardly found any problems about cleaning or staining issues as long as following the manufacturer’s instructions. The stainless lids are designed to keep the moisture inside for better flavor.
The size is wholly practical, nearly likes the 10-piece set of All-Clad. You’ll get two essential saucepans, a sauté pan, a large capacity stock pot and two big enough skillets. Another bonus, the noticeable sleek design really makes stunning. The Ultra Clad shows sophisticatedly polished stainless steel band with a black nonstick strips. Note that this Anolon cookware is working with UPS to reduce carbon footprint, for earth-friendly.

What we don't like:
As consisting of some nonstick parts, it needs to careful about scratching from roughing. The manufacturer advises using non-roughed sponges for preventing. Yet, the scratches aren’t obvious to see, though. Another hitch, the lid is fairly hot while cooking.
It scratches quite easily, and suggested to use non rough sponges, as the manufacturer instructed. Though, the scratches were small and not obvious to see. Another downside is the lids became fairly hot while cooking as they’re metal.
|To sum up, if you’re ready to upgrade your cooking tools for even better cooking performance, the Anolon Ultra Clad features fine offer. This cookware is brilliant combination of cooking performance, clad quality and stunning beauty.
